Request for Proposals for Stone, Metal & Wood Re-finishing

LPC West Transit Management LLC (LPC) is the asset management entity overseeing the new Salesforce Transit Center. LPC has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for STONE, METAL & WOOD RE-FINISHING SERVICES (Services) on a ongoing, on-call, non-exclusive basis for the transit center. The scope of work is described in the RFP attached below and includes repairs/refinishing to any of the following surfaces:  bronze and stainless steel, anodized aluminum, marble, granite, limestone, terrazzo, and wood (as well as potentially other surfaces).

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 3:30 pm. Interested bidders should meet at First & Natoma Streets, Construction Gate 2A, San Francisco, California. Do NOT walk into any construction areas. Bidders should also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (RFP Exhibit G) in advance and bring to the site walk in order to have complete access to site plans that may contain confidential or sensitive security information.

Proposals must be received by LPC no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
