Request for Proposals for Fire Pump Testing Services
LPC West Transit Management LLC (LPC) is the asset management entity overseeing the new Salesforce Transit Center. LPC has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for GENERATOR SERVICES (Services) from professional service providers for an ongoing, on-call basis contract. The scope of work is described in the RFP attached below.
A site visit will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders should meet at First & Natoma Streets, Construction Gate 2A, San Francisco, California. Do NOT walk into any construction areas. Bidders should also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (RFP Exhibit G) in advance and bring to the site walk in order to have complete access to site plans that may contain confidential or sensitive security information.
Proposals must be received by LPC no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, November 16, 2017 (formerly Tuesday, October 31).
