Request for Proposals for Structural Engineering & Traffic Engineering Consulting Services

LPC West Transit Management LLC (LPC) is the asset management entity overseeing the new Salesforce Transit Center. LPC has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING AND TRAFFIC ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (Services) from consultants on a ongoing, on-call, non-exclusive basis for the transit center. Additional information about the scope of work is available upon signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (RFP Exhibit G).

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 3:30 pm. Interested bidders should meet at First & Natoma Streets, Construction Gate 2A, San Francisco, California. Do NOT walk into any construction areas. Bidders should also sign the NDA in advance and bring to the site walk in order to have complete access to site plans that may contain confidential or sensitive security information.

Proposals must be received by LPC no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Monday, February 26, 2018.
