Contractor Outreach: CM Professional Services – November 8, 2011

Join us at the TJPA offices to preview technical information related to the future construction of the Transbay Transit Center Bus Storage Facility, learn more about DBE/SBE Programs, and meet with other professional services firms.

The Transbay Joint Powers Authority is seeking professional service firms with significant experience in construction management for heavy civil and transportation projects. This outreach meeting will provide information regarding the future issue of an RFP for construction management services needed for the Bus Storage Facility Project.

This RFP is for construction management services for the future construction of the Bus Storage Facility. The preliminary construction estimate for the Bus Storage Facility is approximately $18 million. CM services and personnel may include: as-needed design/constructability reviews, pre-construction documentation, resident engineer, office engineer, inspection, document control, administrative, material testing, project controls and project coordination.
