Community Meeting – March 19, 2014: Transbay Construction Update

Community Meeting: Transbay Construction Update

This month, the Transbay Transit Center Project officially completed the installation of 1,896 micropiles across the 4 block jobsite! Although micropile installation is complete, there are other important activities ahead of us such as geothermal piping, installation of waterproofing, and the continued foundation work as we progress into the Eastern Transit Center site. Steel fabrication is underway and is scheduled to be assembled onsite this summer! Join us on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 to learn more about these activities and what’s in store for us in the coming year. The community meeting will be held at 12 noon at the TJPA offices located at 201 Mission Street, Suite 2100. We appreciate that you are taking your lunch hour to learn about this innovative project, and would of course welcome you to bring food or drinks to this meeting.
