Community Meeting – March 18, 2015: Transbay Construction Update

Community Meeting on Transbay Construction Activities

Work continues to progress at the Transbay Transit Center this month with concrete wall pours, steel assembly over First Street, and the construction of the foundation for the new designated bus ramp. Additionally, a second large crane has been delivered to the site, and soon steel assembly will begin in the Eastern Zone as well as the Central Zone. With over 9,300 jobs created to date, things are busier than ever at Transbay.

Join us on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 to learn more about these activities and what’s in store for us in the coming months. The community meeting will be held at 12 Noon at the TJPA offices located at 201 Mission Street, Suite 2100. We appreciate that you are taking your lunch hour to learn about this innovative project, and would of course welcome you to bring food or drinks to this meeting.
