ACCESSIBLE MEETING POLICY

The Transbay Joint Powers Authority meeting will be held in Room 416, at 1 Dr. Carlton B. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible.  Accessible curbside parking spaces have been designated on the Van Ness Avenue and McAllister Street perimeters of City Hall for mobility-impaired persons.  There is accessible parking available within the Civic Center Underground Parking Garage at the corner of McAllister and Polk Streets, and within the Performing Arts Parking Garage at Grove and Franklin Streets.

SPECIAL CALENDAR

8.  Approving the Operating Assistance Proposal dated April 15, 2015, and an Implementing Agency Resolution for the allocation of Regional Measure 2 Funds in an amount not to exceed $4,533,205 for the Transbay Transit Center Program.

9.  Approving an Amendment to Contract No. 08-04-CMGC-000, authorizing Webcor/Obayashi Joint Venture to execute a Trade Work subcontract with Associated Terrazzo Company as the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $1,156,400 for TG16.3: Terrazzo, thereby increasing authorized Direct Costs by $1,156,400, and the authorized Construction Services Fixed Fee by $40,474.

10. Approving an Amendment to Contract No. 08-04-CMGC-000, authorizing Webcor/Obayashi Joint Venture to execute a Trade Work subcontract with Architectural Design & Signs in the amount of $118,750 for the design services portion of TG17.1: Signage/Graphics/Directory Systems Design-Build Services, thereby increasing authorized Direct Costs by $118,750, and the authorized Construction Services Fixed Fee by $4,156.

11. Approving an Amendment to Contract No. 08-04-CMGC-000, authorizing Webcor/Obayashi Joint Venture to execute a Trade Work subcontract with Best Contracting Services as the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $16,620,707 for TG13.2: Roofing/Waterproofing, thereby increasing authorized Direct Costs by $16,620,707, and the authorized Construction Services Fixed Fee by $581,725.

12.  Authorizing the Executive Director to offer for sale and to receive bids at a live public auction for the real property in the City and County of San Francisco commonly referred to as Transbay Parcel F (APN 3721-015A), located mid-block between First, Second, Howard, and Natoma Streets, as well as all or portions of 75 Natoma (APN 3721-031), 546 Howard (APN 3721-016), 564 Howard (3721-019), and 77-79 Natoma (3721-029), in accordance with a process and subject to certain terms and conditions determined by the Executive Director, with the sale subject to approval by the TJPA Board of Directors.

13. Approving the Minutes of the April 9, 2015 meeting.

14.  Presentation of the budget outlook for TJPA’s Fiscal Year 2015-16 annual capital and operating budgets and the Phase 1 Program budget.

15. Update by the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board and the California High Speed Rail Authority on level boarding heights and widths.
