Request for Proposals for Site Maintenance and Control Services
Webcor/Obayashi Joint Venture seeks responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from Trade Subcontractors interested in submitting a proposal for Trade Package # TG05.7: Site Maintenance & Control Services for the Transbay Transit Center (TTC) Project located in San Francisco, California.
Trade Subcontractors shall possess a valid and current California Contractor’s license for the work for which it intends to submit a proposal and must provide proof of insurance in order to be eligible for submitting an proposal.
Trade Subcontractors are required to be certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) in order to propose for this scope of work. Information on the TJPA SBE Program is available here.
Funding for this work is provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA); ARRA requirements include submitting monthly reports of hours/jobs.
